Refund Policy

Carbon Press Returns and Refund Policy

At Carbon Press, we are committed to providing high-quality, transformative literature. We understand that issues may arise, and we aim to make our returns process as clear and fair as possible.

1. Physical Products (Books, Merchandise, etc.)

This section applies to all physical books, including CROWN OF THORNS, and any other tangible merchandise purchased directly from Carbon Press.

 

A. Eligibility for Return

You may return physical products if they meet one of the following conditions:

1.Damaged or Defective: The item arrived damaged due to shipping or manufacturing defects.

2.Incorrect Item: You received a product different from what you ordered.

3.Change of Mind (Standard Return): You wish to return the item for any other reason.

 

B. Return Window

•Damaged/Incorrect Items: Must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

•Standard Returns: Must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

C. Condition of Returned Items

•Damaged/Incorrect Items: Must be returned in the condition they were received.

•Standard Returns: The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its unopened original packaging and seal. Books must show no signs of wear, creasing, or damage.

D. Return Process

1.Initiate Return: Contact our support team at [Insert Support Email Address Here] with your Order Number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. For damaged or incorrect items, please attach clear photographs.

2.Receive Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

3.Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item for a standard return. If the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect item), we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

4.Inspection and Refund: Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

 

2. Digital Products (Ebooks, Courses, Digital Programs)

This section applies to all digital content, including Ebook versions of CROWN OF THORNS and digital programmes like  Mynd2Matter's 9 Flaw Elevator Programme.

A. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods, which cannot be returned, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:

1.Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same digital product more than once.

2.Technical Failure: The file is proven to be corrupted or technically inaccessible, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 days of the purchase date.

B. Technical Support

If you experience issues accessing your digital product, please contact us immediately at [enquiries@carbonpress.co.uk]. We will work diligently to ensure you receive the product in a usable format.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same item, send us an email at [enquiries@carbonpress.com].
