High Frequency vs Low Frequency activity
Consider the striking parallels between the frequencies of sound and the frequencies of human engagement. Extensive research highlights the damaging effects of prolonged exposure to low-frequency sound on our bodies, causing symptoms like increased heart rate, fatigue, and anxiety. These very feelings—tiredness and worry—are powerful blockers of activity, leading to a low frequency of engagement. This creates a clear link: a continuous low level of activity, often born from inner resistance, mirrors the negative impact of low-frequency phenomena.
Conversely, high-frequency sound, known for its rapid or consistent repetition and direct movement, shows the opposite characteristics. This comparison extends perfectly to our own efforts: the more time, energy, and focused effort we put in, the higher the frequency of our input, directly reflecting the qualities of high-frequency sound. Ultimately, this intricate dance culminates in the concept of vibration, or as we commonly say, - ‘vibes.’
When we operate with a high frequency of activity, we can expect a flow of excellent results: higher standards, peak performance, and outstanding quality. Such achievements are deeply connected to high expectations, which are, in turn, fuelled by a strong sense of self-esteem and self-worth. Therefore, nurturing a high regard for oneself is not just allowed, but is a fundamental starting point for success.

This powerful comparison extends to the fundamental laws governing human nature. In the pursuit of motivation, the resistance we face when striving towards our goals appears as a collection of inner enemies: our doubts, our fears, our distractions, and our ingrained negative habits. Crucially, the ‘wind’—a potent metaphor—can either push against us or propel us forward, depending on its nature and how we interpret it. The wind of negative self-talk, for instance, acts as a subtracting force - (-), reducing our efforts, whereas positive words of encouragement serve as an adding force - (+), boosting our journey towards our destination.
Paradoxically, much of this perceived ‘external noise’ is, in fact, deeply internal. Our doubts and fears are distractions rooted in self-perceived external resistance. The profound insight here is that the decision to engage with, or disengage from these external distractions is ultimately an internal act of will.

Words and Pictures
At the heart of all motivation lies a ‘motive’—a fundamental purpose, a compelling cause, a profound reason for action. This motive sparks intention, appearing as an inner tension, a ‘chord struck’ deep within us. Imagine this chord not as a single note, but as many notes played together; in one accord, each chord creating a unique vibrational tone. And here’s a subtle truth: if you invert the word note, you get tone; your thoughts therefore set the tone for your creation.
Just as sound is frequency, and frequency can be perceived as colour—from the auditory tone to the visual pantones—this inner resonance paints a vivid picture or image in our mind’s eye, stirring our imagination and giving birth to our vision. We then art-ticulate this vision, speaking it into existence, painting it with words; art - ticulate - , each word a shade in the grand masterpiece of our declaration. This is the profound journey ‘From Mind to Matter.’
In a sound or tonal sense; think of a conductor and a composer of a musical masterpiece working together in one accord; this is no different than how you must compose yourself and conduct yourself in the process of creation. The suffix - 'ion', in the word creation informs us that creation is not instant but a gradual process with an eventual outcome as you see in the word competition, or even the word motivation which in itself means to consistently focus on your motive throughout the period of time it takes for your vision to be made manifest.
This eventual manifestation of your goal in the process of creation is the event of creation. Even within the book of genesis's story of creation, and according to the bible God's creation was not instantanious but was a process taking 6 days which is an event taking place over a period of time for lack of a better word; in fact let us reverse the word - time, and instead, use the word - emit. We can discuss this topic in another article.
Energy in Motion
With your vision clearly articulated and vividly painted in your mind, the process of creation truly begins. A motive, therefore, must be inherently emotive; an intense desire generates the driving energy—‘energy in motion’—that we recognise as emotion. Remember that sound energy is kinetic energy, the energy an object possesses due to its motion. The scale of an idea—whether building a house or writing a letter—demands an equivalent energetic investment for it to become real.
To move a grand vision from the realm of thought into physical reality requires a force equal to the ‘weight’ of that creation. In other words you wouldn't require all the architects, the surveyors, project managers, and the many disciplines of the work force to write one letter. And neither would you alone harness the necessary energy to build your house; and to be fair to you, certainly not in the same time frame as it would take our workforce of skilled workers.
Blood, Sweat and Tears
Consider the subtle magic of thought becoming real. A non-physical thought, to begin its journey into reality, must first shift to a more tangible state, much like vapour or thought cloud; condensing into liquid. This involves a slowing of its vibrational frequency. The first ‘liquid’ state is often the ink - ‘th-ink’—that links our thoughts to the physical world. Let''s include the other liquids this process must go through; in some cases the blood, sweat and tears the transition from liquid state to the material plane. By writing down our blueprints and ‘notes’ onto paper with ink, we transfer the ethereal into a visible, physical medium. From this liquid blueprint, we then move on to shaping physical materials, magnetically or if you wish; magically turning our thoughts into concrete reality. The miracle of creation itself endowed upon us not by chance, but by intelligent design.
Resistance
Yet, even as we embark on this creative journey, the unchanging laws of physics remind us that all forward movement faces resistance, except in a vacuum—a condition far removed from our daily lives. What, then, creates the resistance to our carefully planned goals and objectives? This resistance, in its deepest sense, is psychic.
Here lies the fascinating connection between ‘physics’ and ‘psychic.’ Physics governs the natural laws of matter and energy. In the physical world, the force pushing back against the motion of an object or (objective), is called resistance, or more specifically, ‘drag’— like with wind resistance. In the context of our personal objectives, Optik calibration identifies this resistant force as the ‘winds of life and change,’ those elements that subtly or openly hinder our progress. Imagine trying to walk forward with an open parachute attached; the parachute, though part of you, actively works against your advance towards your destination or destiny.

Aerodynamic focussed thought
Our exploration of motivation remains incomplete without addressing the need to overcome this ‘drag’ in a ‘psychic’ sense. When we look at the many factors—our doubts, fears, distractions, and habits—we see a scattering of focus. Much like the open parachute, a scattered focus spreads our mental energy across a wide area, thereby creating significant ‘drag’ and slowing our momentum.
Therefore, in this profound context, focus emerges as the essential tool for overcoming resistance, transforming our thinking into an aerodynamically efficient force. We call this ‘concentrated focus.’ By sharpening our attention to our goals and by making ‘pinpoint’ decisions and actions, we gain the ability to cut through the resistance, the ‘noise,’ and the ‘wind of negative utterances.’
To truly conquer resistance, one must cultivate an unwavering, concentrated focus. Just as a concentrated substance, be it screenwash or concentrated orange squash, is more potent than its diluted form, so too does concentration unlock our inherent potential. This concentrated state gives us access to our intrinsic power and strength—our potential energy—which, when applied wisely and precisely to the task at hand, transforms into an unstoppable force for achievement.
Many individuals hold deep personal goals and visions, often buried under years of distraction, having unknowingly used their talents, skills, their blood, sweat, tears and potential to serve someone else’s dream. In a world that often tells us what to think and how to perceive, these very visions represent the sacred purposes for which we began this life’s journey - our genetic agreement —to fulfil our unique contributions and to leave our indelible mark upon humanity, rather than simply echoing the narratives of others. This is the profound declaration of self, articulated through the rhythm of purpose. This is multi angular augmented thought - This is - Optik calibration.
